Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal reverses a recently concluded consumer contract. It is separate from cancelling an ongoing subscription.

Withdrawal period

Consumers generally have fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. The final notice will use the applicable German statutory model and explain any consequences of asking Gesttalt to begin service during that period.

How to withdraw

A continuously accessible electronic withdrawal form, including a separate confirmation step and immediate confirmation by email, will be activated before consumer subscriptions are offered. Send withdrawal notices to Pedro Piñera at hola@pepicrft.me. The postal address is still required.
